Artistic Hub Refund Policy

Artistic Hub is committed to providing customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary.

Eligible Products for Refunds:
Non-Custom Wall Art: We will offer a replacement for non-custom wall art (paintings, prints, photographs) within 14 days of receipt, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Defective Products:
We will offer a full refund for any product that arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly arrange for a return and issue a full refund upon confirmation of the mistake.
Products Not Eligible for Refunds:

Custom Wall Art:
Due to the personalized nature of custom wall art (e.g., commissioned paintings, personalized prints), we are unable to offer refunds on these items.

Used or Damaged Products:
We cannot offer refunds for products that have been used, damaged after receipt, or are missing original packaging (unless due to damage during shipping).

Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.
Carefully repack the product in its original packaging, if possible.

Return the product to the designated address using a trackable shipping method. Please retain your shipping receipt for reference.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Additional Notes:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
